This position will support IX Subscription MJE process including review and prepare journal entries. In addition, this position will be the point of contact for revenue and cost related to 3rd party vendor as well as supporting PWC Audit and SOX. Be able to work with a team to meet the common goal is a key to be successful.


  • Perform Book-close function: review supporting documents and prepare journal entries. Make sure due diligence is performed to support the journal entries. Reconcile actual with expectation. Raise issues, propose solutions, and drive through results.
  • Manage revenue and cost related 3rd party vendor transactions: Prepare annual plan, monthly outlook, result flash, and journal entries for book-close. Establish process with controllers and business. Analyze actual vs flash/outlook/plan.
  • Support IT automation to enable manual process moving to automated process
  • Support RAR, analyzing results, setting up process, and obtain alignment across functions
  • Support PWC audit and SOX controls




  • 5-10 years experiences in finance.
  • Have book-close experiences
  • Finance or Accounting major.



  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Power Point



  • Full Time
