Short Description

Oversees and establishes contractual relationships with some of the company's largest and most strategic customers. Serves as a "trusted advisor" to internal business clients by effectively managing cross-functional internal teams to drive negotiations to closure. Performs risk assessments, develops alternative recommendations during negotiations or escalations, while ensuring strict adherence to company policies/schedules. Prepares documentation that reflect extensive contract knowledge, knowledge of legal requirements for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, awareness of company financial policies and strategies, as well as a satisfaction of mutually agreed-upon customer specifications and participates in executive briefings and deal reviews. Develops proactive tactics to address anticipated business needs and recommends solutions to complex problems. Reviews and certifies non-standard contractual and other documentation that bind the company. May include supervisory responsibility for a team of contract managers, including leadership and development of those associates. Work is performed with minimal direction.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
