Description

 

Manage the design and administration of employee compensation programs including but not limited to: job evaluations, merit and other salary actions and incentive plans in a complex, fast paced, multi-national environment.  

Perform ongoing reporting and compensation team support activities to develop, implement and administer policies and programs

Maintain Job Library; Assess new job descriptions for market matching

Participate in global salary surveys and manage relationships with global vendors

Prepare real time analysis to help in formulating recommendations regarding compensation programs and approaches

Provide monthly, and as required reports to Finance for accounting and payroll forecasting

Provide “center of excellence” reporting templates for compensation team and HRBPs

Requirement

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR, Finance, Mathematics or related field and 5 years of experience (or a Master’s degree and 2 years).  Requires working experience managing compensation programs in a dynamic, multi-billion dollar, multi-cultural global economy.  Experience applying salary surveys, pay regulations and job evaluation practices globally.  Must have experience creating presentations for the leadership of an organization with at least 5,000+  employees.  Experience  in supporting systems, processes and data accuracy enhancements in HR information systems.  Proven ability to present results of complex analysis in Excel (advanced formulas, conditional formatting, charting, pivot tables, Solver) and Power Point.
