Short Description

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY     

What could you experience and get involved with? 

You will work in the supply chain. Import, Storage and all related activities.This role will support Maintenance activities in Brazil.  Import, customs processes, warehousing, delivery and 24/7 maintenance support.  Import, validation of Import documents, Commercial Invoice, HAWB, customs clearance model, interface with Customs Broker, customs processes, expense control., reports, controls and KPIs.  Warehouse, relationship with 3PL, inventories, Inbound and Outbond controls, focal point with sales, finance and tax team, expense control.  Maintenance, relationship with 3PL, ticket management, parts validation, emergency management, support to the service team and urgent delivery.  Avaya product sales support, Avaya US Intercompany Import to Avaya Brazil and support to the service team in the change of Avaya parts and pieces with Avaya customers with a Maintenance contract.

What can you bring?

  • Knowledge in Import, Brazilian legislation,  Warehousing activities, Avaya products in warranty exchange.
  • Import, validation of Import documents, Commercial Invoice, HAWB, customs clearance model, interface with Customs Broker, customs processes, expense control., reports, controls and KPIs.
  • Warehouse, relationship with 3PL, inventories, Inbound and Outbond controls, focal point with sales, finance and tax team, expense control.
  • Maintenance, relationship with 3PL, ticket management, parts validation, emergency management, support to the service team and urgent delivery.
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Microsoft package (access, excel, outlook, word)
  • Teamwork, Comunication, Process Improvement, Team Leadership, Conflict Management and Proactive
  • Graduated in Business Administration or foreign trade.
  • Post graduate in Logistics and/or Import.
  • Intermediary English.

3 - 6 Years of Experience

Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
