Short Description

Sales Technical Academy Associate

Provides support in market analysis, program development, strategic planning for marketing, Go-To-Market initiatives and new product introduction.

Delivers sales assistance to account teams for customers or partners in assigned territory or accounts.

Assists in customer and partner demos, trial and proof-of-concept activities, partner engagement, and channel initiatives as directed.

Demonstrates basic business acumen with ability to translate customer/partner needs into solution proposals.

Possesses effective listening and presentation skills and has good written and verbal communication skills.

Conveys a polished, professional presence.

Possesses a "Learner's mentality" and proactively seeks opportunities to build skills, gain new experiences and expand knowledge base.

Acts as a team player, ‘leans-in’ to help others outside of their defined role.

Drives toward success with a “can-do” attitude— values achievement

Takes a creative approach —thinks unconventionally when faced with challenges; is open to new ideas.

Accomplishes objectives and is able to plan and execute those objectives.

Willingness and ability to travel occasionally (~25%) to meet with customers or partners.

Engages in the Virtual Team activities as part of a personal development plan. 

Education:  BS/BA (Engineering/Computer Science/Technology) or equivalent; Microsoft and/or Cisco or similar vendor certifications.

Experience:  2-4 years sales experience (may include technical support, technical sales support, and hands-on installation in the computer technology industry)

Language's skills required: English, Spanish

1 - 3 Years of Experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Certifications
