Short Description

As the Avaya Cloud Office Sales Specialist you will be responsible for the development and implementation of customer sales strategies and plans in order to meet annual sales goals and grow customer market share.

Working closely with new and existing channel partners within the Master Agent sales model, you will build and drive relationships to help new and existing customers discover opportunities where Avaya Cloud Office meets their organizational goals and requirements.

  • Evangelize the ACO portfolio evangelist (internal & external)
  • Lead sales cycles from lead identification to close
  • Able to both work independently and as part of a team
  • Join and lead partner enablement sessions
  • Develop and execute on annual success plans with the Master Agents
  • Establish and maintain frequent communication cadences with Partners to ensure Avaya is top-of-mind in Partner community
  • Recruitment and onboarding of partners and agents
  • Work and coordinate within a cross-functional environment with internal teams for pre and post-sale engagements (SE, Marketing, Customer Success)
  • Fully accountable for a specific quota and to provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear closing strategies sales by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts
  • Requires an established sales record in cloud software/services sales (5-10 years)
  • Reports to sales specialist director or 1st line manager
