We are looking for a qualified cloud architect and system designer to oversee the design and architecture of CPaaS (Communication Platform as Service) for Avaya. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying enterprise solution architecture, coordinating installations and migrations, and managing SLAs for GCP cloud applications. You may also be required to troubleshoot existing architecture and system, find bottleneck and improve the system iteratively. You also must be good at documenting all the designs in details.

To ensure success as a VoIP network engineer, you should have advanced knowledge of system design, SBC, Cloud telephony products, GCP, excellent troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of internet security. A top-class architect will be able to design and deploy the perfect networking system to meet the current and future networking needs of our company.


  • Lead the product’s architecture design
  • Define, evolve, and document the architecture’s roadmap. Communicate roadmap with stakeholders.
  • Support Dev Team’s decision-making process and feature feasibility assessment
  • Coaching Dev Team
  • Contributes to an open and transparent work environment



  • Strong experience in GCP
  • Knowledge of cloud SIP services



  • Strong communication skills
  • Capable of making timely decisions with incomplete information and document
  • Customer and Quality oriented
  • Can identify issues and propose solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Python and Go
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Google Cloud Platform

  • Remote before office opens
  • In person when office opens at least 3 days a week

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field.


12+ Years of Experience


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Advance Degree preferred
