About the Role

Provide product knowledge to assist with the Solution Test Center of Excellence. This individual will work closely with the solution test team to setup the testing environment, design test cases and document results. The goal is to test all products together at full capacity. The Product Expert will also work closely with development and support teams to test escalated issues. 

About the Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to the Solution Testing team with product design, installation and configuration. 
  • Work with senior technical support teams to design test cases for escalated tickets. 
  • Work with product teams to understand upcoming feature releases and plan test cases based release cycles. 
  • Budget and design lab infrastructures. 
  • Document test cases 
  • Document test results

About the Requirements

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years experience with Avaya products in the design or support roles
  • Cloud experience is an asset
  • Product testing experience is an asset


SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Avaya Breeze knowledge
  • Avaya Oceana knowledge
  • Avaya Aura knowledge
  • Avaya One Cloud CCaaS knowledge
  • Hands on experience on any of the Public Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/AZURE)
  • Scripting experience would be an asset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with Voice, Application, Solution & Performance testing

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Able to work flex time and work unsupervised. 

 

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

  • College or University graduate in applicable studies.
