About the Opportunity

Avaya Professional Services (APS) is looking for an experienced Services Product leader to join us as a Managing Director, Services Catalog. For this role you will need expertise in Contact Center Services, Unified Communications Services, Cloud Migration and Third Party Software Integrations. Successful conceptualization and execution of initiatives under these categories will drive more than $20m of new sales which you will be accountable for. Your initiatives will also drive the next generation of professional services, in life management and consulting approaches to Avaya customers. Candidates with strong experience of Product Management, especially a services portfolio, will be well suited to the role. Six Sigma Belts with a telecommunications background will also be strong candidates.

About the Responsibilities

  • Build out Avaya’s Catalog of Services Offer across the full portfolio
  • Have ownership of working with Avaya’s Channel Partners on selling the Services Catalog
  • Build and launch campaigns and tools with the Avaya teams to drive future pipeline
  • Be a thought leader, writing White Papers and social content
  • Evangelize and personify a consulting led business outcome approach to Services Strategy, Design & Sales 
     

About the Requirements

  • Strong Product Management or Six Sigma Belt experience
  • Significant relevant experience, potentially managing enterprise sales, professional services, business partners or product management
  • Solid Unified Communications or Contact Center experience is highly desired
  • Track record of success
  • Big picture thinking on emerging products and technologies
  • ITlL V3 or V4 Certified is preferred though not required
  • MBA level is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
