Short Description

Drives maintenance and operations services revenue growth through customers and/or channel partners. Aligns on customer's/partner’s services Go-To-Market Strategy by leveraging programs, tools, and offers applicable to assigned customer/partner. Conducts quarterly operations reviews and manages client relationships at the executive level. Engages with field on global/named opportunities with strategic inside sales sellers on large opportunities and inside sales managers. Drives improvement in customer/partner renewal rates through the implementation of best practices, tools, programs and promotions. Deploys new maintenance and operations services offers. May conduct weekly funnel reviews and interacts with supervisor as needed. Role may reside at headquarters of customer/partner they support and may require 25 - 50% travel time. Provides solutions to a diverse range of modererately complex issues which has direct impact on the business.

Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
