Job Information

 Implement Avaya Aura Core, conferencing and Equinox workplace solutions.

• Individual contributor that delivers audio and video conferencing solutions.

• Deploy and configure Avaya Phones and Video end points (Equinox Client, Vantage, H323 Phones, SIP Phones, Video Room systems)

• Implementation of Avaya Aura conferencing, Equinox workplace solutions in various environments.

• 5+ years of proven industry experience working with configuration and implementation Avaya solutions.

• Ability to work independently and in the team environments as well as with discipline in a remote/home working


• Willingness to travel based on project needs.


Technical Skills

 • Strong Avaya UC knowledge spanning multiple Avaya products.

• Experience integrating Avaya systems (CM, SM, SMGR, ASBCE, AADS, AAWG, ASBCE, PRESENCE, BREEZE, AMM)

• Capable of diagnosing and evaluating complex issues.

• Strong SIP protocol experience.

• Experience working on different OS platforms (Linux, Windows Server OS)

• Experience integrating Avaya applications with Load balancers, Active Directory, DNS, Postgres, SQL Servers, Cassandra, Tomcat, Nginx.

• Experience implementing SSL certificates.

• Experience with ISDN, T1, E1, H.323 Call signaling.

• Experience with signaling and media encryption.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Experience with cloud solution platforms. (VMWARE, AWS).

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
