We are seeking talented and driven software engineers to join our AXP Unified Channels team. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance cloud applications, ensuring their reliability and performance.
- Scale our applications to support millions of users, optimizing for performance and availability.
- Emphasize test automation and understand the significance of automated tests in delivering robust solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with other development teams to achieve seamless integration and deliver outstanding results.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Implement a robust set of microservices and APIs.
- Deliver top-notch software, following defined processes and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Continuously improve metrics, quality, and processes, promoting a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience with software development in one or more object-oriented programming languages.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- Strong background in software design and architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers like Google Cloud and Azure.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. A master's degree is a plus.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation, Benefits, and Perks
The base salary range for this role is $120,800 - $209,990 + bonus + benefits.
