Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Provides support for medium to highly complex installation, configuration, upgrades, and migration through advanced problem solving and troubleshooting method.
2. Analyzes symptoms, logs, and data required to resolve issues of medium to high complexity. Possesses ability to independently determine and develop approaches to solution.
3. Displays an understanding of the functionality and usage of products and in conjunction with associated products.
4. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or equivalent.
