1.Typically requires candidates with 8 years or more experience working on Avaya Unified Communication and Call Center related products. 

2.Candidates working on following versions or higher would be preferred: 
          Oceana 3.7/3.8, Avaya Analytics 4.0/4/1, Aura Core Products v8.x, IX Messaging v10.6, Call           
          Management System v18.x, Avaya IX Workforce Engagement, Avaya Experience Portal 
          v7.0, Session Border Controller for Enterprise, Virtualization Platforms: Appliance 
           Virtualization Platform, ESXi v7.0. 

 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Provides support for medium to highly complex installation, configuration, upgrades, and migration through advanced problem solving and troubleshooting method. 
2. Analyzes symptoms, logs, and data required to resolve issues of medium to high complexity. Possesses ability to independently determine and develop approaches to solution. 
3. Displays an understanding of the functionality and usage of products and in conjunction with associated products. 
4. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or equivalent.

Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Master degree or equivalent experience
