Job Description

Job Description : 

•    In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing, organizing, and delivering technical training courses tailored for Avaya services team, clients, and business partners. 
•    Your responsibilities encompass the meticulous preparation of course materials, the curation and upkeep of an extensive technical resource library, and comprehensive record-keeping of all training activities. Additionally, you may play a pivotal role in the selection and coordination of external training resources. Your role extends beyond traditional training activities. 
•    You will leverage professional concepts and align with company objectives to resolve complex issues inherent in technical training. 
•    A key facet of your responsibilities includes driving the adoption of Knowledge Management (KM) practices and creation of intellectual knowledge for Avaya solutions. 
•    Collaboration is central to this role. You will partner closely with Service Delivery and R&D teams to initiate and execute impactful training programs. Cultivating a culture of knowledge transfer and collaboration is a key aspect, fostering synergy across diverse teams and work functions within different verticals.  As a specialist in this domain, you will tackle complex issues that demand an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Your judgment will play a critical role in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. 
•    This role operates with minimal direction, showcasing your autonomy and leadership capabilities. Regular reviews by senior management ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise, spanning 5 to 7 years in a relevant field, coupled with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, positions you to make significant contributions. Working knowledge of communication systems or server communications is preferred.
