About the Opportunity


An exciting learning opportunity to nurture your career with implementation of Avaya and Nuance products which includes installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and day1 support. We are looking for self-driven, organized, and self-motivated professionals to join our Avaya Customer Experience Services (ACES) team who will be responsible for delivering our core-values of Excellence to several of our Avaya customers. It is a customer facing role and you will be working on planning, designing of the implementation plan and delivering the Nuance speech technologies products in both On-Prem and Cloud based projects.



1)    Planning and designing the implementation plan with customer. 
2)    Support customers globally in North America, Canada, APAC, EMEA, MEA etc. for deploying Nuance products and applications. 
3)    Strong and demonstrated hands-on experience with installation, configuration, integration, and upgrade of Nuance ASR, TTS, Nuance Suite, and other additional Nuance products/applications (Dragon Voice, Biometric feature etc) 
4)    Testing and troubleshooting as required during the solution delivery. 
5)    Good planning & analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with global customers. Work under pressure and deliver on customer timelines. 

Required Experience


1)    4 -10 years of hands-on implementation experience on various Nuance products and applications.
2)    Knowledge of Linux commands.
3)    Knowledge in deploying operating system on the server to deploy above solutions.
4)    Knowledge in deploying VMWare, taking backups/ restoring from snapshots and knowledge on Cloud environment would be added advantage.
5)    Must have experience working with global customer.

1)    Good written and verbal communication skills.
2)    Excellent learnability skills to learn new skills and new products.
3)    Self-starter and capable of working independently.
4)    Knowledge in change management process.
5)    Ability to work in flexible hours including late India night, odd hours and weekends to support change events for global customers. 
6)    Exhibits customer focus behavior and able to work as a team player.


5 - 10 Years of Experience


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
