ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES :

    New installation and upgrade of Avaya Breeze servers, Snap-Ins, Oceana, and Analytics.
    Additional Avaya UC or CC products skill such as CM, SM, SMGR, SBC, AES, AEP, CMS etc will add value to this role.
    Testing and troubleshooting as required during the solution delivery.
    Good planning & analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with global customers in US/America.
    Ability to work under pressure with tight timeline to deliver project tasks for customers.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :


    6 -10 years of working experience with Avaya products.
    Hands-on experience in installation, configuration and upgrade Avaya Breeze servers, Snap-Ins, Oceana and Analytics, CM, SM, SMGR, AES, AEP, CMS etc
    Knowledge in deploying VMWare/OVA in customer servers or in AWS would be added advantage.
    Well versed Linux commands.
    Knowledge on Windows and database concept would be added advantage.
    Must have experience working with global customers.
