Job Description

Summar of the Role: 

  • Develops the strategy, presents and sells cloud contact center software and application solutions which deliver business impact and outcome to the customers within assigned business territory.  
  • Fully accountable for specific revenue target and sales growth within the specific area of specialty. 
  • Proactively identifies and qualifies opportunities to build and manage a pipeline.
  • Requires mature solution selling approach with an established sales record including contact center and customer experience management software/services sales experience. 
  • Knowledge and/or experience in a specific market segment or vertical a strong plus. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive and lead the execution CCaaS account plans in top accounts in the territory including: driving & running workshops, demonstration & developing solution roadmap for customers.   
  • Develop and follow up the execution of demand generation with product marketing team to achieve the desired business objectives, e.g. drive the adoption of new product & solution in specific market segment.            
  • Drive and lead the execution of top CC channels initiatives with CAM and channel partners to achieve the desired business goal

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales & consulting; minimum 2-5 years of sales leadership role in aspect of CCaaS or SaaS
  • Proven track record in leading and winning major cloud contact center sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in launching & executing of Sales Programs with Channel partners.
  • Experienced in multi-level selling and comfortable in influencing CxOs, Contact Center Managers, Telecom Managers, IT Managers, etc.
  • Familiarity with Avaya CC solutions will be a bonus.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and lead Sales engagements with Avaya’s Contact Center partners.
  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as good listening and strong presentation skills
  • Strong team player and ability to lead a multi-functional virtual team.

Complexity of Role/Empowerment:

  • Support the regional management team in creating Avaya thought leadership in Customer Experience Management (CX) & Contact Center
  • Good business acumen in CX & contact center industry and advice the the regional management team necessary actions and plans to achieve the business goals.
  • Develop Avaya Contact Center Strategies and plans to achieve the business goals
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Master Degree or Master of Business Administration is preferred
