About The Opportunity


What could you experience and get involved with? 


• Product Management/ CX Solutions and Alliances/ Avaya Carrier Services
• Core responsibilities:   

  • Oversees a specific product from conception to end-of-life, running their area of responsibility like a business.  
  • Owns accountability for the financial success of a product. 
  • Acts as the voice of the customer, engaging with external customers and translating their needs into financially viable solutions.
  • Applies a balance of technical and business/market expertise to create products that address customer needs, complement the company's product/solution portfolio and contribute to the companys financial success. 
  • During major transitions, such as a launch or withdrawal, will plan and execute the transition to put the competition on the defensive and eliminate revenue risk for the company. 
  • Builds connections across functions with internal stakeholders, such as engineering, program management, marketing, go-to-market, services, sales, learning and operations so that the product is absorbed quickly by the market and is a success overall. 
  • May manage the coordination of activities of a section or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees. 
  • Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. 
  • Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to complex problems.


• Day-to-day activities

  • Lead the development and execution of the Avaya Carrier Services roadmap.
  • Monitor regulatory requirements including voice and messaging in each country in which Avaya operates. 
  • Manage relationships with key telecom service providers including identifying and evaluating potential new suppliers, contract negotiations and performance monitoring. 

About You


What can you bring?

• Previous experience & knowledge (essential & desirable)

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the carrier services or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom regulatory requirements and the ability to navigate complex legal and compliance issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy and drive product development from concept to launch.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with Avaya products and solutions is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Master Degree is preferred



The pay range for this opportunity is from $133,700 to $180,450 + performance-related bonus + benefits
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
