About the position

Oversees the overall process of planning, developing and delivering reports to Global Sourcing Organization. Scope includes elements of process mapping and improvement, reporting tool optimization and identifying efficiencies to eliminate manual steps in developing management reporting.


To be successful in this role you will be a change leader with a critical eye for process evaluation and improvement.  The ability to recognize non-value add tasks that can be eliminated or automated to allow staff to evaluate business performance will drive achievement in this role.

leads multi-functional core teams through process and deliverables

takes a leadership role in the program management team by managing highly complex, strategic and emerging processes, accountable for a portfolio view of the data and deliverables and managing remote resources

contributes to the development of process specifications and requirements

oversees, plans, and ensures execution of all program components and deliverables through core and extended team members


responsibilities - contd

is aware of financial impact of management actions and sets expectations accordingly

serves as a primary interface to the Procurement Operations reporting function in concert with Procurement Operations Senior Manager

anticipates and identifies business risks and coordinates actions to mitigate these risks

uses market trends and competitive data to create proactive reporting function

is aware of internal and external business issues and how Procurement reporting function can help define and predict solutions

aligns with other work groups in the establishment of reporting portfolio

works with senior leaders to resolve systemic or global issues affecting Procurement delivery

interfaces with internal stakeholders to ensure processes and deliverables meet the company’s business objectives.


7 - 10 Years of Experience


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Certifications

Project Management (PMP) Certification is preferred
