Short Description

Acts as a first point of contact for opportunities for a unit and carries out pre-sales activities. Responsible for learning about new offers and then handling all the pre-sales activities related to those offers. Interacts with business partners and other regions for pre-sales activities. Post-sales activities include keeping track of the schedule while in the implementation phase. Responsible for passing the completed job to finance so the revenue is recognized. Works with the implementation team to schedule jobs. Works to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor. Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues.

Additional Details:

Onboarding of new and existing cloud partners to sell new cloud offering Avaya Cloud Office

  • Will conduct ACO sales enablement walkthrough sessions with partners to familiarize them with portal and offer
  • Manage all sales enablement functions including contract verification, account set up and
  • Provide continued resource support for both internal and external Cloud process inquiries  
Experience
3 - 6 Years of Experience
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
