Job Information

In this role you are responsible for supporting the Avaya Chief of Staff and the Senior Manager of Corporate Operations in the effort to build a robust management system for the company.  The management system includes key meetings such as monthly and quarterly business reviews, along with other strategic management team meetings.  Deep dive assignments may be appropriated.  The role is geared for someone that has a strong sense of urgency, is organized, accurate, trustworthy, and able to communicate with executives

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation for executive meetings, such as agenda creation, content consolidation, and assistance with improvement of content over time
  • Documentation of executive meetings
  • Assisting with KPI report out cadence and associated process development
  • Enhancement of existing management system to enable sound decisions
  • Maintain confidentiality on an ongoing basis
  • Assist the Senior Manager of Corporate Operations
Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Skills using Microsoft Suite of Tools such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Aptitude and ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude
  • Experience with large-scale projects/engagements
  • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in telecommunications or IT industry
