Long Description


  • Develops the strategy, presents and sells UC, CC Software, Hardware and application solutions which deliver business impact and outcome to the customers within the Bangladesh
  • Fully accountable for specific revenue target (quota) and sales growth for the assigned region/country
  • Maintains and penetrates current customer base, along with identifying and converting prospective customers
  • Requires mature solution selling approach with an established sales record including UC and customer experience management software / services sales experience
  • Drive and lead and positioning of right solutions in top accounts in the region including driving & running workshops, demonstration & developing solution roadmap for customers
  • Drive and lead the execution of top UC channels initiatives with CAM and channel partners to achieve the desired business goal
Short Description
  • 12 to 15 years experience in UC/CC industry sales and consulting
  • Proven track record in leading and handling Bangladesh Territory specially handling large enterprise/Large channel partners SI’s
  • Familiarity with Avaya UC solutions will be a bonus
  • Ability to work unsupervised and lead sales engagements with Avaya’s partners
  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as good listening and strong presentation skills
  • Strong team player and ability to lead a multi-functional virtual team
12 - 15 Years of Experience
