The candidate for this position needs to have a solid background in B2B technology marketing and working closely with channel sales and field marketing teams, with a working knowledge of cloud communications solution. This candidate must understand the Technology Services Distributor/Master Agent ecosystem, as well as traditional Value Added Resellers.  We are looking for someone with a history of developing and managing successful relationships with partners to help us grow and activate our current partner base with successful recruitment, engagement, and co-marketing strategies. 

To be successful in this role it would be helpful to have a data driven approach to marketing with the ability to influence internal and external channel sellers while leveraging market-with, to and through marketing strategies.


•    Manage day to day co-marketing and sponsorship activities with TSDs and sales agents
•    Manage MDF for TSDs and Distributors
•    Build and maintain relationships with key VAR and agent executive, sales teams, and marketing contacts.
•    Build and execute channel marketing strategies for partner onboarding, enablement and activation,
•    Plan and execute channel industry events
•    Assist with partner/agent communications
•    Execute co-marketing activities with select partners
•    Participate in QBRs with top partners 
•    Review and report on pipeline and partner recruiting activities to ensure KPIs are being met




  • 10+ years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of which at least 5 years in sales/marketing technology to large, complex organizations.



•    Demonstrated success in supporting building TSD / Agent relationships
•    Cloud Communications / UCaaS knowledge/experience
•    Understanding of MRR / ACV business model
•    High focused on ROI/ outcomes/action.
•    Deals with matrix management initiates and fosters relationships with regional marketing teams to ensure the effective implementation of content and campaigns with local plans. 
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as you will be our proud advocates for our industry-leading cloud communications technologies 
•    Excellent time management skills 
•    Understands large company business management and operations, including sales revenue and pipeline principles.
•    SFDC reporting and dashboard experience
•    Sound budget reporting and management experience.
