ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a uniquely talented individual who is passionate about building and activating marketing campaigns. These campaigns will focus primarily on creating measurable demand and revenue for innovative SaaS B2B products and services. That said, the campaigns must be executed in a way that builds the brand. Ideally this individual will have deep experience in at least one major marketing discipline and broad experience in many. Why? Because fundamental to the success of this role is the ability to rally and credibly orchestrate all marketing centers of excellence—from product to PR to social to brand to SEO and dotcom—around synchronized delivery of the campaign elements into the marketplace.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning:

· Refresh and supplement all that is known about the target personas

· Update and enhance the buyer journey to maximize engagement and impact for each tactic

· Create a campaign messaging framework that will guide how the value proposition will be articulated, from the highest altitude down to the most granular

· Create the Integrated Marketing Calendar, built around business objectives and key moments in time for your product line/topical campaign

Campaign Playbook Development:

· Build the campaign playbook that documents how and when all the different marketing channels will be activated across the known Buyer Journey

· Utilize the very latest best practices and tactics to elevate the campaign beyond status quo

· Partner with other marketing leaders, particularly in solutions marketing, to build the high-value content required to feed the ongoing needs of the campaign based

· Create integrated demand gen campaigns that result in marketing sourced leads >20% of sales plan

· Lead content strategy at a portfolio and campaign level

· Identify thought leadership pillars and develop content

· Nurture prospects through to qualified and closed won

Activation:

· Chair cross-functional campaign/launch coordination meetings to ensure campaign launch readiness across the whole enterprise

· Deliver a highly converting website and digital presence that achieves best in class metrics

· Manage all digital marketing including SEO, SEM, programmatic, content syndication

· Create integrated demand gen campaigns that result in marketing sourced leads >20% of sales plan

· Oversee the ongoing creation of campaign assets according the Integrated Marketing Calendar

· Run the campaign with boldness, breaking down silos and any barriers to success

· Media planning and optimization

Analytics & Optimization:

· Collaborate with the analytics team to regularly report on campaign success

· Identify opportunities for optimization and drive refinements quickly

· Honestly assess campaign successes and shortcomings with your marketing channel collaborators, and identify opportunities for improvements in upcoming campaigns

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

· 7+ years creating and managing marketing campaigns and/or marketing programs

· 3 + years in a SaaS Company

· Experience in Contact Center, CRM marketing

· Experience in both B2C and B2B is helpful, but at least 3 years of working with B2B audiences is essential

· Proven track record for building and running winning campaigns

· Data driven, highly analytical self-starter

· Excellent project management, budgeting skills, and ability to deliver within tight deadlines

· Some experience with sales funnels, marketing automation and lead scoring is fundamental

· Exceptional writing, editing, and oral presentation skills are essential

· Ability to lead and contribute to a diverse, collaborative, and creative team culture

· While this is a critical role, the majority of those you will lead won’t report into you directly, so a record of success in matrixed management environments is important

· Knowledge of SFDC, Eloqua, Analytics

· Build best-in-class integrated marketing campaigns, messaging programs, and materials tailored to our customers that support project goals

· Develop detailed campaign project plans, including messaging, content, calls to action, segmentation strategy, and campaign schedule

· Identify key audience segments to target with communication of the appropriate messages, on the right channels, at the right time

· Work independently and with designers and agencies to develop content (copy, visual, video)

· Monitor, analyze, and identify opportunities to further project priorities

· Analyze and report on performance metrics of campaigns and set up test plans to improve results

· Track marketing best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations

· Experience in B2B, DTC, and/or B2D2C marketing role

· Proven ability to engage and build confidence among multiple process-driven customer audiences

· Ability to analyze data and use customer research, data, and metrics to back up assumptions identify opportunities’, and assess the efficacy of marketing campaigns

· Ability to learn new tools quickly

· Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization

· 7-10 years of marketing experience in an enterprise, B2B SaaS, Consumer or agency role

· Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communication or relevant experience

· Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
