Short Description

Directs the pre-sales and post-sales service processes. Directs, through reporting team members, the coordination of activities of a section and/or a department with responsibility for: (1) liaison between customer and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing and/or accounting to resolve status, production, delivery and billing inquiries; (2) review of warranty claims; (3) processing of customer returns and exchanges; (4) expediting of service and repairs; (5) providing special pricing for non-standard items. Establishes operational objectives and assignments, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers. Work is performed without appreciable direction. Develops strategic business plans and goals for a large staff or functional unit. Identifies complex business needs and develops solutions that require full integration of the company's strategies.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
