Looking for a passionate leader who can oversee and transform Avaya's Admin and Self-Service Portal solution from conception to end-of-life, running their area of responsibility like a business. The Avaya Admin and Self-Service Portal will be key to creating single pain of glass to administer all MACD operations for all Avaya SaaS offerings. 


  • The candidate will own the accountability for the financial success of the product.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, engaging with external customers and translating their needs into financially viable solutions. Apply a balance of technical and business/market expertise to create products that address customer needs, complement the company's product/solution portfolio and contribute to the company's financial success.
  • During major transitions, such as a launch or withdrawal, will plan and execute the transition to put the competition on the defensive and eliminate revenue risk for the company.
  • Build connections across functions with internal stakeholders, such as engineering, program management, marketing, go-to-market, services, sales, learning and operations so that the product is absorbed quickly by the market and is a success overall.
  • May manage the coordination of activities of a section or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees.
  • Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to complex problems.

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields of collaboration or SaaS environment with experience as a product manager a plus. Shown ability to successfully deploy solutions in a hybrid environment with a mix of on-premises and cloud applications. Deep understanding and experience in the latest market trends in Admin and Self-Service Portal Portals and/or Domain Managers for collaboration SaaS products.



  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
