About the Opportunity

The Named Account Manager is responsible a select group of Enterprise Accounts in North and Central Texas.  The module includes assigned Named accounts and new logos. To be successful in this role, you need to be comfortable selling into the executive suite, fluent with UC, CC, Cloud technology sales and be excellent at building and managing relationships. #LI-HK1

About the Responsibilities

  • Sells Avaya products and services to assigned Enterprise clients and new logos. 
  • Maintains full accountability for assigned accounts and serve as the customer’s trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Maximizes opportunities by driving the customer planning process, lead virtual account teams in building strategies that deliver balanced growth for our customers, leverage Avaya partners and strategize on account penetration, and develop forecasts based on short and long-term growth.
  • Conducts strategic account planning to enhance the quality of the sales pipeline, accelerate and maximize revenue generation and, as a trusted advisor, improve the customer buying experience. 

About the Requirements

EXPERIENCE
 

2-3+ years in Enterprise sales experience of UC, CC, SaaS or Cloud

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
 

  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the Communications Market including Unified Communications, Contact Center, and deployments of hybrid, private and public cloud solutions
  • Self-starter with ability to manage resources and time to complete tasks to objectives.
  • Develop sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities in Salesforce

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 

  • Virtual/Remote worker; Dallas/ Fort Worth is preferred.  Access to office in Irving, TX.
  • Travel is limited to N and Central TX as well as opportunities to travel for training and conventions.

 

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
