Responsibilities

VMware/Windows Administrator
•    Build Windows 2008R2/2012, and RHEL servers utilizing templates, custom ISO's, Power CLI scripts for SAP refresh project.
•    Provide 1st/2nd/3rd level support for Windows/ESXi servers running on a combination of HP/Dell hardware.
•    Administering Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019 Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and building new windows physical/virtual servers as per the requirement of the project.
•    Active Directory user and security group creation create shares and designate permissions, organizational units.

•    Scheduled tasks for VMotion and Storage VMotion of VM's and managed snapshots prior to planned patch install or upgrade.
•    Resolved all problems associated with the performance of SAN and ISCSI backed VMware ESXi 6.0 Infrastructure to check the correct allocation of resources.
•    Experience in Virtual Center Upgrades from 6.0 & 6.5 to 6.7 including upgrading ESXi hosts.
