Primary Responsibilities
  • Senior Avaya Solution Architect for cloud services operation
    • Design, implementation, configuration, and upgrading of Avaya collaboration products including:Avaya Aura System Manager (SMGR),Avaya Aura Session Manager (ASM),Avaya Aura Communication Manager (CM),Avaya Aura Media Server (AMS),Avaya Aura Device Services (AADS),Avaya Session Border Controller Enterprise (ASBCE),Avaya Breeze with Presence and Multimedia Messaging plugins,Avaya IX Workplace clients for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS,Avaya IX Workplace for conferencing,Avaya Equinox Media Servers for conferencing,Avaya Web Gateway,Avaya Experience Portal (AEP),Avaya Aura Application (AES),Avaya Call Management System (CMS),Avaya Callback Assist (CBA),Avaya IX Messaging (ESNA/Officelinx)
Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform discovery of customer telephony environments for configuration and requirements gathering.Develop configuration required for deploying Avaya IX Workplace clients for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. Test Equinox client releases for features and interoperability.Develop and maintain ports and protocols used for the above applications. Support security engineers with building cloud firewall rules and assist customers with firewall rules for on-prem customer firewalls.Configure and Implement internal and external CA certificates throughout the applications deployed for the customer
Min Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years UC Engineer experience, OR combination of a Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, computer science or related field PLUS at least 2 years UC Engineer experience
    • 3+ years Designing and Implementing UC and CC Solutions with Avaya Aura Components. Avaya Aura System Manager 7.x, Avaya Aura Session Manager 7.x,3+ years Avaya Aura Communications Manager 7.x, Avaya Aura Device Services, Avaya Breeze,Avaya IX Workplace Clients, Avaya Session Border Controller Enterprise,Avaya IX Workplace Management and Media Servers,Avaya Web Gateway, Avaya Enablement Services, Avaya Experience Portal, Avaya Call Management Systems,Avaya Callback Assist,IX Messaging
