Responsibilities

This position would be responsible for design, implementation and on-going support of Integrated Contact Center applications, utilizing the full Avaya Aura Contact Center product suite, CCElite and Oceana.  Duties may include:

  • Implementation process development
  • Solution design development and documentation
  • Component configuration and deployment
  • Interoperability testing
  • Data Analysis
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills

Experience
5 - 8 Years of Experience
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
