Short Description

This position would be responsible for programming, implementation and on-going support of the Avaya Aura platform for an Enterprise Solution, utilizing the full Avaya Aura product suite, including CM, System Manager, CCElite and Oceana. 

 Duties may include:

  • Implementation process development and continual review
  • Solution development and documentation
  • Component configuration, programming and deployment
  • Interoperability testing
  • Data Analysis
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills

Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
