Short Description

Provide administrative support to the office staff. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Assist with and track on-boarding, security, and badging processes. Track inbound and outbound shipping. Greet and assist office visitors. Create and may analyze basic information for reports and presentation materials; prepares charts, graphs and tables; prepares and sorts mail; performs work processing assignments, proofreads, and prepares general reports; coordinates activities between departments and third parties. Tasks will vary based on daily requirements. Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues. Prior experience in an office administration role required. Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) required.
