Short Description

This is a Named Account role handling 30-50 Fortune 1500-type clients headquartered in the Chicagoland area.  The role requires maintaining as well as growing these existing customers thru the sale of  Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions.  The job requirements include: 

 

  1. A professional demeanor and experience talking to Fortune 1000-size customers
  2. Collaboration and team-oriented skills are a must, including fully leveraging entire team of internal specialists
  3. Proven experience with a Channel selling model which includes collaborating/partnering with resellers
  4. Proven experience with inspection/qualification of deals utilizing methodologies which may include but is not exclusive to: Challenger Sale, Sandler and Spin-Selling
  5. Thorough knowledge of question-led selling skills that are focused on business outcomes
  6. Ability to converse with both business and technical buyers
  7. A working knowledge of contact center functionality including ACD/CTI/IVR/Omnichannel/Reporting
  8. A working knowledge of both IP telephony and Unified Communications
  9. An understanding of UC/CC roles and job functions within accounts
  10. Willingness and ability to travel to meet customer stakeholders around the United States
  11. Willingness to assume an incentives-based compensation package which includes an annual quota
  12. Dedicated workspace at home and ability to work in a self-directed fashion to optimize productivity

 

Minimum requirements:

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
  2. Five years selling IT solutions with demonstrated success
  3. Three industry-related references
