Short Description

We are looking for someone with a solid technical background on technology and software development practices with a willingness to learn new technologies as well as understating existing products while focusing on the customer's business needs, owning the activity of defining the best technical solution for real customer needs.

Development environment is composed of mainstream platforms and tools (Java, .Net, VXML, Eclipse, MS Visual Studio, C/C++, Kubernetes, Containers, Spring Boot, Sonar, Jenkins) as well as Avaya development tools (Orchestration Designer, Breeze, Oceana, AES).

Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by local management and may include support to 3rd party products and occasionally on-site support.

Requirements:

•  Graduated in Software Engineering, computer Science or similar •  Previous experience as a Software Architect.•  Experience is requirements gathering, solution design and presales activities.•  7+ years Full time application development in Java (Java SE/EE, Hibernate, Spring, Open Source, Jenkins, Sonar)•  Experience with application servers such as Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic and JBoss•  Knowledge on modern microservices platforms and frameworks such as Kubernetes, containers, Spring Boot, Kafka and Zipkin•  Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques, including dimensional model, analytics, stream processing, machine learning and modern data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark•  Experience with web development, including REST, JavaScript, Angular and React JS•  Understating of application runtime profiling, performance tests and tools•  Experience in Software Engineering, Software design and domain modeling•  Leadership skills, good Team Worker•  Software project management skills•  Fluent oral and written communication skills in English•  Interested in learning new technologies in the communications field•  Desired Communications Standards Knowledge (SIP, CCXML, VXML)•  Desired Contact Center Domain knowledge
