About the Opportunity

Manages large and complex provisioning/implementation projects including installations or systems additions, schedules, and may perform pre-installation site review/evaluation for adequate infrastructure. Ensures that the proper materials and manpower arrive at the customer site on a timely basis for the installation of company equipment. Manages installation problem resolution with assigned customer accounts. Coordinates interactions between the customer, systems engineering, field process engineering, field service engineering, manufacturing, logistics and 3rd party vendors. Responsible for timely escalation of installation issues to the appropriate organization. Provides total project leadership and is directly accountable for the process compliance, customer satisfaction, and maximization of profitability of project. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
•    Responsible for managing the resource assignment, tracking and closure of Enterprise Communication projects for business partners or direct customers. 
•    Review Scope of Work and assign work packages to technical specialists.  
•    Ensure compliance to global processes followed. 
•    Coordinate and manage expectations with global project stake holders on project deliverables. 

About You

Skills:
•    Ability to multitask and manage priorities and escalations based on project deliverables & revenue. 
•    Resource allocation, Project coordination experience in Telecom related sectors. 
•    Exposure to project management tools. 
•    Ability to work with technical specialists and technical managers across delivery streams.
•    Analytical skills. 
•    Good spoken and written communication skills. 
•    Experience of working in global delivery environment. 
Qualifications, certifications, education or alternative expected:
•    Technical or Engineering degree 
•    5-8 years experience with a Telecom/Software Services/IT in delivering medium to large sized projects. 
•    5-8 years experience as Project Manager. 
•    Fluent English.
