About the Role

To be successful in this role you will be delivering Avaya solutions with minimal supervision and following best practices/processes defined for the role/area.

About the Responsibilities

  • Handle Medium/High complexity CM projects and integrations, acting as SME from APS Technical Delivery team.  
  • Able to set expectations and handle tight timelimes.
  • Deliver technical KT to external teams depending upon skills & requirements.
  • Deliver process Training/KT’s new joiners.
  • Create Job Aids, MOP for internal team members & customers on demand.
  • Remote/Onsite Implementation, demonstration and delivery of the solution.
  • Remote support on Avaya Voice related solution.
  • Provide regular updates on project responsibilities and dependencies.
  • Handle technical escalations & technical issues escalated by team members.
  • Act as an SME in the team.
  • Contribute significantly to client satisfaction and interface with clients with defined tasks. 

About the Requirements

EXPERIENCE

  • Should have 5+ years of relevant experience in the telecom´s profile; working on AVAYA Aura Core/endpoints/Communication Manager, Avaya Gateways, etc.

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Subject matter expert on Avaya CM. 
  • Must have extensive knowledge of VDN, Vectors, variables, call flow design, integration between devices, SSL/TLS Avaya & third-party certificates, IP changes etc.
  • Networking Skills.
  • Candidates must have a good track record (formal AVAYA/Cisco training if possible) of Installation and maintenance across the Avaya product range.
  • Good Analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
  • Strong technical background, Good understanding and knowledge of Software Architecture, Integration capabilities and Data models. 
  • Excellent project management skills & able to work independently.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Working hours: 8am to 5pm EST. Opportunities to work flexibly and/or remotely.
  • Overtime may be required according to customer´s needs.

 

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years of experience on the field.
     
  • Any of the Avaya Certification: ACSS, ACIS, ACSE will be a plus.
