About Avaya
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
- Provide end user support
- Define user needs and work with application developers to deliver custom solutions and ensure efficient/effective data flow and reporting capabilities
- Plan, create, test and execute new features, apps, and user requests
- Monitor business processes and develop recommendations for improving or leveraging system capabilities
- Create project plans and lead testing cycles
- Create Job aides and end user documentation
- Train end users
- Daily Salesforce administration functions, such as user management
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in Salesforce Administration management
- Proven experience in developing Business Process’s and documenting Business Requirements
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Requirements writing
- Flow and process diagramming
- Problem Solving skills
- Strong communication skills to help stakeholders understand impacts and benefits of technology
- Experience on Salesforce core platform functionalities such as Sales Cloud and Marketing features.
- Nice to have: Salesforce's Certification(s)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
