ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst within the Finance Sales Operations organization.  The role of Business analyst will be to help guide the businesses to improve processes and efficiency in Salesforce.  The scope is from supporting end users to managing projects from needs analysis to deployment.  They will manage ongoing training and support as needed. They will work with cross functional teams to translate the needs of an organization into quality approaches and actionable tasks.  Must speak fluent English.

 

  • Provide end user support
  • Define user needs and work with application developers to deliver custom solutions and ensure efficient/effective data flow and reporting capabilities
  • Plan, create, test and execute new features, apps, and user requests
  • Monitor business processes and develop recommendations for improving or leveraging system capabilities
  • Create project plans and lead testing cycles
  • Create Job aides and end user documentation
  • Train end users
  • Daily Salesforce administration functions, such as user management

ABOUT YOU

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in Salesforce Administration management
  • Proven experience in developing Business Process’s and documenting Business Requirements

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Requirements writing
  • Flow and process diagramming
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Strong communication skills to help stakeholders understand impacts and benefits of technology
  • Experience on Salesforce core platform functionalities such as Sales Cloud and Marketing features.
  • Nice to have: Salesforce's Certification(s)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
