Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operation Manager to support our Sales Team in Americas Theater. This role is pivotal in driving data-based decisions and optimizing sales strategies to enhance productivity and minimize risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Leaders: Assist in defining sales strategies, running funnel team meetings, and providing data-driven insights.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales funnel data and provide actionable insights using SFDC, Power BI, MS Excel, and Microsoft Data Warehouse.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Forecasting: Run forecast calls, analyze data for roll-up, and reconcile with the team.
- Performance Tracking: Track success on dashboards and provide proactive suggestions to improve sales management.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in SFDC, Power BI, MS Excel, and Microsoft Data Warehouse.
- Strong collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and optimize resources.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
- Languages: English fluency; Spanish desired
