Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operation Manager to support our Sales Team in Americas Theater. This role is pivotal in driving data-based decisions and optimizing sales strategies to enhance productivity and minimize risks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support Sales Leaders: Assist in defining sales strategies, running funnel team meetings, and providing data-driven insights.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales funnel data and provide actionable insights using SFDC, Power BI, MS Excel, and Microsoft Data Warehouse.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Forecasting: Run forecast calls, analyze data for roll-up, and reconcile with the team.
  • Performance Tracking: Track success on dashboards and provide proactive suggestions to improve sales management.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SFDC, Power BI, MS Excel, and Microsoft Data Warehouse.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and optimize resources.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
  • Languages: English fluency; Spanish desired
