Our Budapest AI centre will be a core centre of excellence, where we will see the development from A to Z of innovative AI solutions for contact centres and unified communications using the latest technologies. Our Budapest centre will work in close cooperation with our customers, local universities and other Avaya teams including R&D and Sales. About the Opportunity



  • Collaborate with the rest of the team members and design, architect, prototype and implement complex graphical user interfaces for machine learning web application
  • Investigate emerging technologies and make a case for their adoption.
  • Ensure that UX of the project is consistent in look and feel, the underlying technology stack and the implementation methodology.
  • Drive performance tuning, usability enhancements and quality assurance strategy.
  • Participates in agile activities, including daily standup, sprint planning, and sprint review meetings
  • Maintain documentation of our integration plan, design a high level of communication throughout the implementation process


  • Education in Product Interaction/UX Design or equivalent experience in the related design field
  • Exceptional design skills, production values and attention to detail
  • Experience with Jira (Agile/Scrum) and Confluence
  • Experience with cloud software platforms
  • Ability to create visual design compositions, and working prototypes
  • Strong working knowledge of creative web UX development tools
  • Strong conceptualization ability and visual communication abilities
  • Personable with excellent English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new concepts and capacity for self-teaching
  • Demonstrated experience working with both creative and technical teams to take projects from concept to production
