About The Opportunity

What could you experience and get involved with?

As an Intern Cloud Engineer at Avaya, you will be joining part of an organization responsible for key SaaS Avaya offers already in the market as well as upcoming programs. You’ll work on real-time projects, joining Scrum teams, and be a hands-on contributor with focus on designing, developing, and continually improving new and existing applications.

You’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself across a variety of activities, including:

Design and develop public and private cloud solutions
Evaluate cutting edge Cloud technologies, drive towards adoption, create proofs-of-concept and frameworks
Participate in the design, code, review, test, document, deploy, and support of our solutions
Collaborate in analyzing existing code and remediating both functional and performance issues in large scalable distributed systems
Define, review, and consult on cloud deployment architecture in GCP, Azure and AWS
Be a hands-on scrum team member for multiple Avaya programs

Term-time internship of up to 20hrs per week
Full-time holiday internship from 2-3mths
Full-time term or semester, or half-year internship
Full-time industry placement year
