  • are a self-starter and life-long learner - you thrive on self-driven explorations and education on new technologies and languages.
  • have strong engineering skills – a critical thinker who’s happy to learn new skills and  apply them to overcome a problem.

  • are comfortable in delivering engaging, informative and interesting demonstrations to a variety of different audiences.
  • have a strong attention to detail and a good understanding of User Experience and visual design fundamentals.

  • Become an evangelist for the products you create – lead by example and always seek to improve, rather than be satisfied with where you are today.
  • Conduct tasks related to spikes, story point estimation, risk assessments, architectural planning and documentation, software delivery activities, peer code reviews, software deployments. Interpret and analyse business use-cases and feature requests and translate into test cases and technical designs.
  • Work within the technical leadership team, leveraging your experience of application development to analyse complex issues/code defects. Provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and offer technical opinions where required and able to follow up with facts to support your opinion.
  • Write production-quality code and also create proof-of-concept code for spikes or performance analysis and testing. Research, experiment and prototype new software technologies, and identify and implement areas for continuous process improvement
