Short Description

Oversees executing, evaluating, and/or managing new initiatives and business processes/opportunities that may involve coordination between the sales organization and other organizations, such as Marketing, Product Management, Business Services, and IT.  The Sales Operations Manager provides operational support in the sales organization and partners with sales leadership in their revenue generation activities.

*This role can be located anywhere USA - it is a virtual opportunity.

About the Responsibilities

  • Define key performance metrics and targets, create dashboards and reporting to drive insights into the health of the business and make recommendations.
  • Create executive level presentations for both leadership reviews; organize quarterly business reviews.
  • Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues and knock down bottlenecks; propose changes to systems and processes to fix issues.
  • Forecast management excellence to ensure predictable growth across all areas, coordinate weekly forecast calls to track opportunities against targets
  • Organize and manage project tasks across functions hit deadlines and key objectives
  • Fast-paced and pivoting environment must be able agile and confident  
  • Support design and administration of sales compensation, sales reporting and quota setting
  • Ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (i.e., customer segmentation & addressable market analysis, participation rates, propensity to buy, white space/NL analysis, etc.
  • Design and manage sales territories including administration of account assignment and organizational design, including salesforce alignment
  • Develop, document, communicate rules of engagement and sales processes
  • Assist with commission issues and compensation design

About the Requirements

EXPERIENCE
 

  • 5+ years of sales operations and/marketing operations
