Short Description

- Carries Sales Quota for Avaya UC&C Business in Greater China
- Work in partnership with area sales team to drive UC&C business with dedicated focus on Collaboration
- Develop the strategy, sales activity plan to achieve the assigned UC&C quota and KPI set by the International UC&C leader and the Greater China MD.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with RSLs in Avaya Greater China.
- Work with top UC&C Channel partners in country and help them plan and execute the UC&C sales plan.
- Work with the channel team to increase partner coverage in all UC&C market segments (with focus on collaboration) and to drive sales programs with Channels Partners.

  • Drive and lead the execution UC&C account plans in Top accounts in the Greater China including running workshops, demonstration & developing solution roadmap for customers.
  • Develop and follow up the execution of demand generation with product marketing team to achieve the desired business objectives, e.g. drive the adoption of new product & solution in specific market segment

- Demonstrate business transformation and solution-selling approach
- Demonstrate influence over Customer's & Partner’s strategy/behavior.
- Demonstrate clear awareness of the UC&C market pressures, competition & trends and transitions in Greater China.
- Understands and can articulate Avaya’s vision, strategy and architectural approach

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in UC&C industry.
  • Experienced in multi-level selling and comfortable in influencing CxOs, UC&C Managers, Telecom Managers, IT Managers, etc
  •  Familiarity with Avaya UC&C solutions will be a bonus.
  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as good listening and strong presentation skills
  • English speaking is a must


6 - 10 Years of Experience


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
