About Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Operations Analyst II – Global Network Operations to join our Bangalore office. This role is responsible for supporting and managing enterprise network infrastructure across global on-premises data centers and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and wireless networking within a multi-vendor ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 operational support for global LAN, WAN, Wireless, Data Center, and Cloud network environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents involving routing, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize multi-vendor network hardware including:
  
  • Cisco Systems
    
  • Juniper Networks
    
  • Extreme Networks
    
  • Dell Technologies
    
• Administer and troubleshoot routing protocols such as BGP (eBGP/iBGP) and OSPF.
• Manage switching technologies including VLANs, STP/RSTP, EtherChannel/LACP, VRRP/HSRP.
• Support enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure including controllers, access points, RF optimization, SSIDs, authentication (802.1X), and guest access.
• Support hybrid connectivity between on-premises data centers and cloud platforms such as:
  
  • Microsoft Azure
    
  • Google Cloud Platform
    
• Manage VPNs, ExpressRoute/Interconnect, and cloud routing configurations.
• Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in 24x7 support and on-call rotation as required.

We are looking for -

• 5–7 years of experience in Network Operations or Network Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
• Experience working in multi-vendor network environments.
• Solid understanding of:
  
  • BGP and OSPF
  • TCP/IP fundamentals
• VLANs, redundancy protocols
• Wireless standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
• Experience supporting both on-prem data centers and public cloud networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a global operations environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP / JNCIP or equivalent certifications.
• Wireless certifications (e.g., CWNA or vendor-specific).
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible).
• Knowledge of cloud networking constructs (VNet, VPC, NSGs, route tables).
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
