Short Description

As one of Avaya’s OneCloud Solution Manager, you will develop the ideal solution for our clients, by providing in-depth business and technology expertise with the ability to completely understand a customer’s business challenges and IT and Communications environment in order to identify potential opportunities and develop a business case to position value added Cloud & Managed Services as part of a customer’s broader business and technology strategy to allow their businesses to flourish.

Job Responsibilities
This role supports the sales efforts of the Cloud Sales Specialists. This includes the identification, qualification, and development of cloud or managed services solutions, which consist of pricing, contractual framework, proposals, technical and financial expertise and assessment, and financial modeling in support of primarily large and complex deals:
• Supports the Sales Teams by solutioning large and complex Cloud opportunities globally
• Engages in senior level Customer meetings to discuss Customer’s business issues and explores how Avaya’s Cloud and Managed Services offering can help address and resolve these issues
• Assists sales teams in qualifying and aligning on opportunity fit and recommending/choosing optimal solution and financial model and contractual framework
• Works with internal teams and 3rd parties to gather custom costs, agreements to perform scope, and gain approvals of stakeholder organizations
• Evaluates product architecture for fit with Managed Services and provides technical guidance
• Reviews solutions internally and with sales
• Discusses capability or explaining offer to clients or sales
• Writes and elitist custom Statement of Work documents
• Reviews and edits custom financial pro formas
• Provides inputs and recommendations of best practice for structuring and solutioning  large complex cloud deals to improve financial KPI’s and deal cycle time

• 5 - 8+ years’ experience in managed services and technical sales support
• Avaya Product or general technical knowledge and experience that are equivalent. This is a technically oriented role but not purely technical.
• The individual must be extremely well organized and able to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Generally analytical and detail oriented people are better suited to this role. 
• Deep knowledge of: cloud/hosting services and business models; managed services; outsourcing: infrastructure, operations and applications; staff augmentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
