About Us:

Join our IT organization's AI Engineering & Platform team (reporting to the CIO) as we drive internal business transformation. We're building the WebAI + AI Gateway platform,
empowering employees with AI. You'll help build and manage the applications and infrastructure that make it all possible.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer (3-5 years experience) in Bangalore with strong IaC expertise.

This is your chance to:

● Develop full-stack features for our AI platform and its underlying cloud infrastructure.
● Write and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for scalable, secure, and reliable deployments.
● Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and databases that power our AI solutions.
● Collaborate with AI Engineers to deploy models and integrate MCP servers.
● Contribute to a dynamic IT environment focused on cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies.

What You'll Do:

● Develop front-end (e.g., React/Angular/Vue) and back-end (e.g., Python/Node.js) components.
● Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
● Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
● Build and maintain robust APIs and databases.
● Support the integration of AI models and MCP servers.
● Troubleshoot issues across the full stack and infrastructure.

What We're Looking For:

● Experience: 3-5 years in full-stack development & cloud infrastructure.
● Proficiency in Python/Node.js/Go and front-end frameworks.
● Strong hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
● Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
● Experience with APIs and databases.
● Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

● Experience with MCP server development or AI/ML infrastructure.
● Familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
● Experience with serverless computing.
● Contributions to open-source projects.
