About The Opportunity


Responsibilities:


•Design and deliver training programs to meet identified needs.
•Collaborate with the talent management team and HR to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
•Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding training inquiries, registration, and logistical support.
•Assist with the creation and maintenance of training calendars, course catalogs, and learning paths.
•Coordinate internal and external training events, workshops, and seminars, including vendor management.
•Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
•Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in talent development and incorporate relevant strategies into training programs.
•Act as a resource and advisor to managers and employees on career development opportunities and paths.
•Assist with talent management initiatives, including talent assessment, succession planning, engagement and talent retention strategies.

 

About You

 

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
•Experience  supporting talent development and employee engagement initiatives in a global organization
•Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
•Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms.
•Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
•High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
•Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
•Certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or ATD (Association for Talent Development) are a plus, but not required.

Compensation

 

The pay range for this opportunity is from $68,400 to $92,400 + performance-related bonus + benefits
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
