About the Opportunity

We're seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure of our Cloud SaaS Customer Experience platform. In this role, you'll leverage expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and cloud technologies to ensure efficient deployment processes and secure, scalable infrastructure solutions on Azure and GCP. Your efforts will enhance our ability to deliver exceptional service and support through our cloud-based solutions while ensuring operational excellence in production environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform for efficient provisioning of cloud resources.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
  • Deploy and optimize cloud solutions on Azure and GCP platforms.
  • Integrate security practices into development and deployment pipelines.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure health, responding to issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational and security requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and advocate for best practices in DevOps and cloud management.
  • Resolve infrastructure and deployment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Evaluate and integrate innovative tools for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in cloud infrastructure and data handling practices.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Azure, GCP, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
  • Strong focus on security practices and compliance.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

 

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $120,800 - $188,600 + bonus.
