Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
• Candidate must be able to troubleshoot the reported incidents and alarms remotely.
• Work on changes as per the change management process.
• Contribute significantly to client satisfaction and interface with clients with defined tasks.
• Deliver Process and Technical KTs to new joiners.
• Acts as an SME in the team.
• Prepare MOP for the changes.
• Handle Technical issues and escalations within the team and from customers.
• Collaborate with various BU and Vendors/Service providers to ensure resolution

• Strong hands-on experience on Windows Operating system
• 4+ Years
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
-Should have a good hands-on experience on windows server 2008,2012,2016 and 2019
-Active Directory, DNS, Clustering, configuration, and related troubleshooting
-Exposure to backup, DR, and patching tools/technologies.
-Resolve and troubleshoot Disk, memory, CPU, file system issues on Windows Servers.
-Patch Windows Servers in accordance with Security advisories and Anti-Virus management such as McAfee
-Windows server troubleshooting, patching of server using WSUS Knowledge
-Server builds and hardening concepts in windows.
-Implementation and designing of administering basic Windows services like Active Directory, Group policy, WSUS, Remote Desktop Services and IIS.
-Bash scripting (Windows PowerShell is a plus).
Experience in Linux and VMware will be a plus.
NFS, SAMBA, LVM, Linux patching using YUM and RPM etc... HA, DRS, etc…. in VMware

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Graduate with equivalent experience.
